CONSULTING is a consulting and contracting firm dealing with construction projects providing services from design through construction and closeout. Established in 2014, we are managing different types of construction projects including Group Housing, High Rise Building, Commercial Buildings and Steel Structures of various types.We offer our services through our staff experienced in all disciplines of construction. Our services are helpful to both developers as well as contractors. This firm is headed by a team of Civil Engineers experienced in design, field supervision and Project Management under various reputed firms in India and the Middle East from 1986 to this date.

Our Services include
- Architectural and Structural Design of high-rise structures considering all necessary parameters such as soil strength, seismic analyses, and wind load analyses.
- Architectural and Structural Design of low rise buildings such as commercial complexes.
- Design of steel structures including industrial Building with crane capacity of upto 25T with cold form standard sections and PEBs.
- Planning, initiating, executing and monitoring projects along time, cost and quality including technical (engineering) & techno-commercial coordination with all stakeholders.
- Implementing Project Management and updating clients on progress & status of project during the course of periodic project review meetings.
- Managing the project start-up contracts (including Material Reconciliation, RA Bills / Payment & Quality Status & Progress status/ agreements, formulation and negotiations of contracts in co-ordination with internal and external legal / commercial teams.
- Coordinating with external agencies for techno-commercial negotiations, preparing tenders / contract documents, cost estimates, including billing, variation/deviation proposals & claims.
- Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management.
- Comprehensively identify & manage QA/QC & HSE issues.
- Implementing software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, Robot V, Etoxy3, PLS Software, Oracle PPM, Primavera Contract Manager, and most of Microsoft Office applications.
